Bed and breakfast “ Sa Pratza “ (the garden) is a homely and comfortable B&B placed in a typical house called “ Campidanese”. This type of house is interesting for his old architectural structure“Sa Pratza” ,historically and still now, is a place situated in the centre of the house and it is circondated by the porch formed by old columnes.

The b&B stay in the hinterland of Cagliari, from 10 minutes from the centre, 20 minutes from the airport of Cagliari-Elmas, and from few km(20-30 minutes) from the typical and suggestive beaches that characterized the south of Sardinia( see the photogallery).

The B&b is formed by only one floor: living room, where we offer breakfast. Two double rooms and triple room ( also single use) with bathroom, tv and internet connection wi-fi. 
A garden, in the centre of the house, is available for the breakfast, in a hot and sunny days.
